This week is National Get Online Week. There are lots of events taking place within your local area and we have lots to share with you! 

We need to end digital exclusion and that’s why Manchester is working hard as a partnership to bring digital equity to all. 

For those of you who are hearing about the digital inclusion agenda and the challenge that we have in the city for the first time – there are still too many people who are experiencing digital poverty, unable to get online and participate in the digital world we currently live in. 

Manchester City Council have for the past 2 years coordinated a number of initiatives to support others to raise efforts across the city to support more Manchester residents to get online, stay online so that they can improve their wellbeing, and independence and reach their ambitions as digital citizens.
