Manchester Parent Carer Forum Survey
This survey is for parents and carers of children & young people aged 0-25 with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) in Manchester.
Manchester Parent Carer Forum (MPCF) would like to get the collective views of parents/carers to see how well the local authority and health partners identify our children’s/ young people’s SEND, how well they meet those needs and how effectively they improve outcomes for families in Manchester.
The views of parents & carers, children and young people play an integral part in the design and development of SEND provision and Health services in Manchester, so your feedback is really important. The survey would take approximately 15 minutes to complete.If you have more than one child/young person with SEND, please feel free to fill out separate surveys for each of them.
As a thank you, the MPCF will be raffling off five £30 shopping vouchers to survey respondents. Please submit your name and contact info at the end of the survey to be entered into the raffle.
