We are a team of highly expert health professionals who have undertaken specialised training to care for patients and relatives who have cancer and other life limiting illnesses.
We care for patients and relatives who have cancer and other life limiting illnesses.
People with cancer and other advanced life threatening illnesses.
We mainly visit people with a diagnosis of cancer, but also anyone with a life limiting illness registered with a GP and living in Central Manchester.
Provide support and treatment to patients living in central Manchester.
We work closely with district nurses, GP’s and many other health professionals to provide expert care and emotional support.
Referrals via GP, District Nurse, Self Referral or Hospital Team or ring to discuss with team.
