We are thrilled to announce that the Community Blood Pressure (BP) Pilot has been shortlisted for the prestigious HSJ Partnership Awards 2025 in the category of “Most Impactful Partnership in Preventative Healthcare.”

This innovative project, run across communities in Manchester, focuses on proactive blood pressure monitoring and management to improve health outcomes and reduce risks associated with high blood pressure. By working closely with local healthcare providers and community organisations, the initiative has already made a meaningful difference in empowering people to take control of their health.

The HSJ Partnership Awards celebrate collaborative projects that deliver real improvements to patient care and health services. Being named a finalist is a significant recognition of the hard work and dedication of everyone involved in the Community BP Pilot.
