Health Development Coordinators
Health Development Co-ordinators (HDCs) bring health and social care professionals, local organisations and communities together to create healthier, stronger neighbourhoods.
HDCs are part of our 12 neighbourhood leadership teams and co-produce plans with local community groups and residents, to make the most of local assets, target needs, and promote physical and mental health, and wellbeing.
They work with local partners, gather intelligence and make connections with local residents, groups and organisations.
