The School Health Service is running two evening Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination clinics for secondary school children (Year 8 and above) in South Manchester. Please see below for clinic dates and venue information.

The sessions at Alexandra Park Health Centre will be offering the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination. HPV is a common virus and it’s estimated that more than 70% of unvaccinated people will get it.

The HPV is for males and females. Vaccination greatly reduces the risk of getting HPV and HPV-related conditions such as cervical cancer and genital warts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Children will need to be of school age (year 8 or above)
• Children will need to attend a Manchester school or be a Manchester resident
