Our Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Community Team held a Children’s Christmas party last weekend.

The party was very well attended with over 100 people. A massive thank you to Marilyn, Service Manager for the Manchester Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia Centre, for organising the event and the rest of the team who worked hard to make sure it was enjoyed by all the children and their parents. The party also had a visit from a very special Santa who made sure all the children got a present. Thank you to the volunteers from Manchester Foundation Trust (MFT) NHS and to Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital for the donations.
