Our Integrated Neighbourhood Team brings community health and social care staff together to meet your needs. We also work with local people, community and voluntary groups, and other partners to improve health and wellbeing for communities in Hulme, Moss Side and Rusholme. The INT has a leadership team that guides this work and looks at current and longer-term issues, including our community response to Covid-19, improving the uptake of flu vaccinations and tackling health inequalities, to help create healthier stronger neighbourhoods.
