Nurturing Foundations are recruiting a Community Health Development Fieldworker to work with our Black African and Caribbean communities in Harpurhey, Higher Blackley and Charlestown to help improve and promote heart health.

Nurturing Foundations mission is to help nurture very important social and life skills in young people and communities through a range of social and learning activities.

This exciting 24 month role involves working closely with residents and voluntary and statutory organisations to make a real difference for people living in our neighbourhood.
